Replacement Upvc Fascias to help keep your home almost Maintenance Free! 

Facia and Barge boards are designed to protect and extend the life of your roof rafters and roof timbers from rotting.  Solid boards up to 22mm thick allow for good gutter systems to be fitted securely to take the rain water away. Bird combs can also be fitted above Facia boards to ensure birds cannot get in to the roof space preventing them from nesting in the roofing timbers. Facias are available in a variety of sizes designs and colours including realistic woodgrains in a choice of Facia boards Flat - Square - Round and Ogee.

Soffits (the panel fitted in line with fascia at 90 degrees to it ) also play an important part in roof line. Available in a variety of sizes and colours. General purpose soffit boards are of a flat design and is a popular choice. Tongue and Grooved soffit boards have a panelled affect and offer an aesthetically pleasing finish giving a bit more shape to the eye. Soffit ventilators can also be fitted to help prevent moisture build up in the roof space which can cause roof timbers to rot over a period of time.

Guttering come in several designs sizes and colours. Square line gutter / Round Gutter / Ogee Gutter / Deep Flow gutter.  Colours  White / black / Grey / Brown / Tan. Black Cast Iron affect guttering is ideal for a traditional look. Gutters can also be fitted with gutter guards to stop leaves, moss and other debris blocking the gutters.
